James has been with us a full year now and as a graduate fresh from University, he’s come so far!
Over the past year, James has continued to develop and fine tune his design skills, whilst fitting in perfectly with the whole team. His enthusiasm and passion for design are infectious and we look forward to continuing to see him grow in his role.

What have you enjoyed most this past year since starting working at ATTAIN?
Working in a studio environment and improving my skills to a high industry standard. (Also the brew making skills from ATTAIN team members are amazing)
What’s your favourite aspect of your job?
I enjoy working on a wide range of creative services from print, web and motion. Every day is different working in such a creative environment.
How do you feel ATTAIN has helped you to grow in your career?
Theres a lot working in the industry teaches you that University doesn’t. I guess, fine tuning my work and showing that the little things matter. As well as the goal to always go the extra mile for clients.
What skill would you most like to develop this coming year?
I would love to experience more print projects, it’s something I’d really like to develop my skill set in.
Where do you hope to be this time next year?
I hope to be settled in as a designer of ATTAIN and feel confident to loose my “Junior” status.
What’s your favourite thing about working at ATTAIN?
It has to be people. I can’t ask for a more welcoming bunch for a first time junior. From the department heads to the rest of the team – I’ve certainly enjoyed waking up and loving what I do.
If you could give yourself an alternate job title, what would it be?
I would love to be a Motion Designer. My love for animation/film and skills on after affects has allowed me to work on a couple of projects so far for ATTAIN and I would love to work on more projects like these.
