Step 1: We arrange a call to scope out your requirements and understand if we can help. 

Step 2: We will arrange a face-to-face meeting, video conference or call (depending on location) to further discuss working together. 

Step 3: We deliver a proposal, examples of past work, a project plan and deliverables, including costs. 

Step 4: You decide if you want to go ahead. 

Step 5: We draw up the contracts which are signed by both parties. 

Step 6: We will send you your welcome pack with onboarding information and assign you to one of our dedicated account managers. 

Step 6: We will arrange a commencement meeting to start your project.

All our clients are assigned a dedicated account manager who you will be introduced to you during our onboarding process. 

Yes, every service we offer is completed by the ATTAIN team. When needed, we may call upon our trusted network of partners who provide additional services to enhance your digital journey. These include SEO and PPC, copywriters, and video producers.

Out of hours support is available in the event of an emergency but may be chargeable subject to the nature of the support and your terms of service. For emergency support please contact support@attain.uk.com during an emergency or call or text us on 07418 608632. In the event of an emergency, we endeavour to respond within two hours. 

A bespoke support package can be offered to ensure you receive emergency support, with a dedicated mobile telephone number to contact in an emergency – please contact your Account Manager to discuss a bespoke package to suit your business needs. 

Our landing pages start from £500, microsites from £1100, and websites from £1500. All our prices are ex vat and include full CMS training. Websites starting on our £1500 plus range also include free hosting and SSL certificate for the first year. On average, we aim for a four-to-eight-week turnaround for our standard WordPress websites, bespoke projects vary dependant on the size and complexity of the project. A more accurate time frame can be provided upon quotation, but the pace of any project is often set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role as more complex sites will take more time to develop. 

Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. As part of any new website development project, we include training as part of the service.  We will provide you with a training session to help get you on your way, along with a recording of the training so that you have something to refer to.  

Yes, all our websites are built to be responsive across desktop, mobile and tablets – mobile is more important than ever so our team work hard to ensure you have a great looking website that is mobile friendly for your customers. 

Yes, we have maintenance packages which start from just £50 per month and we can build a maintenance package that works for you. 

Yes, we can provide full hosting and support if required. We also provide a daily backup service and are able to provide more bespoke packages if your business requires a Disaster Recovery Plan.

Yes, all our new website development projects include free training as part of the service. If you already have a website but require training, our sessions start from £75 ex vat. We can also provide half-day or full-day workshops for up to 6 people if you have a team that requires training.

All costs are subject to final specification. ATTAIN standard terms are 50% of project value on commencement to be paid within 14 days for existing customers on any ‘one off’ projects. For all first-time customers, we ask that the initial payment be made to us before the commencement of any works.  A further 40% should be paid upon delivery of your assets and the final 10% paid when all assets are delivered to the satisfaction of both parties and should be paid within 14 days of completion. All prices shown are subject to VAT and are valid for 14 days.

For pay monthly services, invoices are raised on the last working day and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

The ownership of the website and any assets will be transferred to the client once the final project payment has been made. If pay monthly services are cancelled at any time the full value of the order will be required to be paid in full and an invoice will be raised for the balance due.     

All content to be supplied by the client in a format which fits the specified template design. All images supplied by the client in a digital format (PNG/JPEG). All WordPress websites are built using ‘Elementor Pro’ page builder and all websites are built in a ‘test’ environment. The website will be pushed live on final sign off by the client. All websites are built to be mobile responsive. Testing is performed on the last 3 versions of the following devices and browsers: Desktop: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox Mobile: Chrome, Safari Tablet: Chrome, Safari – Please note that not all internet browsers are supported due to changes in technology. Once the test link has been sent over to the client for approval, ATTAIN will support one set of amends. (This will not include amendments to the structure of the website template).
