As patrons, we’ve worked closely with Wigan Youth Zone for the past 3 years, supporting them with all their design, digital and data management needs. This has included website design and development, print design, branding (for their enterprise schemes), email marketing, SMS marketing and data capture.
As well as assisting with their overall marketing, we have been actively involved in a number of their internal projects, such as the enterprise scheme. This is where the members collaborate and create their own product and accompanying brand to pitch to real-life retailers and distributors. We continue to support this program by both offering our design and digital services, as well as mentoring the young people throughout the projects.
Jackie, our customer services manager, also volunteers as a mentor in her own time – advocating our company ethos of supporting our community and nurturing young people’s entrepreneurial skills.
Services Provided
Our charity use ATTAIN for our email marketing and SMS campaigns and they have also heavily advised us on a bespoke plan to retain members. Their staff are friendly, helpful and exceptionally patient with anyone learning to use their marketing tools for the first time.
Any project we have tasked them with has been completed quickly and they have been totally transparent with their prices and deadlines - so useful to a charity where budgets are tight and time constraints tighter still. I can’t recommend ATTAIN enough - great people, great service.
