The Way are a youth zone based in Wolverhampton in partnership with the OnSide Group, who asked us to create a brand new website that could be optimised for several of the youth zones under their brand. The website needed to be easily adaptable to each youth zone’s brand and identity with a flexible content management system that allowed them to easily edit the content as required.
The Way website needed to reflect the vibrancy of the youth zone’s brand, whilst creating a streamlined user journey allowing users to quickly and easily access the information required. Areas we created included an events section to showcase all the activities The Way offer, as well as a platform for members to book on to an activity via the website. Alongside this, an SEO friendly blog was implemented to keep users up to date with all the latest news from the youth zone.
We integrated all the forms in the website with OnSide’s Sales Force system, liaising with OnSide's third party Sales Force consultant to ensure the forms worked both aesthetically and functionally - streamlining their booking and membership process greatly.
We built the website structure with a WordPress platform to keep within OnSide’s budget and timescales - implementing bespoke code and styling where necessary to achieve the most effective result possible. We provided The Way with both CMS training and a graphical asset pack to ensure that going forwards they were well equipped in managing the website competently, but we are on hand to help with any advice or troubleshooting along the way (pun intended).
Our charity use ATTAIN for our email marketing and SMS campaigns and they have also heavily advised us on a bespoke plan to retain members.
Their staff are friendly, helpful and exceptionally patient with anyone learning to use their marketing tools for the first time.
Any project we have tasked them with has been completed quickly and they have been totally transparent with their prices and deadlines – so useful to a charity where budgets are tight and time constraints tighter still. I can’t recommend ATTAIN enough – great people, great service.Angela Kirk – Communications Manager, Wigan Youth Zone
